My Morning Experience

First, I woke up at 7:30. My body felt strange and my mind was not motivated. I didn’t know what I needed.

Next, my girlfriend made me feel better with some affection and asked if I wanted to have breakfast. I said yes, I ate, and I thanked her for the care.

Then, I decided to train because I like exercising in the morning. To warm up my body, I did pistol squats, because it was leg day. At first, I wasn’t very motivated and I felt lazy.

After that, I finished my workout and realized that we don’t always do what we want, but what we need.

Finally, I was very happy that I trained and overcame procrastination.
